We ship World Wide using the shipping method of your choice via the United States Postal Service.
Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar and weight of your order. We Accept MasterCard, Visa and PayPal
We DO NOT pull orders in front of others so please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive.
All items that are in stock will ship within 4 business days. We do our best to keep all of our items
in stock for immediate delivery, however backorders do occur and are beyond our control.
When you click the submit button your credit card is charged for the full amount. Any backorder
items will be treated as a special order. This means that the item is on order with the manufacturer
and the minute they enter our building they belong to you. This guarantees that you get the item you need
as soon as it arrives here.
Your backordered items will ship out US First Class Mail as soon as they are back in stock.
If you do not receive your backorder within 45 days the backordered
items will be cancelled and you will need to reorder. (45 days is an extreme number and special order finishes are
usually the reason.)
LIGHT ANTIQUE SILVER, ANTIQUE COPPER AND ANTIQUE GOLD FINISHES
These finishes are considered Special Order items. This is important for you to read and agree to! Do not order this finish if you do not agree with the policy.
Light Antique Silver charms are sent out to be finished. This takes up to 4 weeks to ship to you. It can not
be stressed enough. If they are instock great, if not expect to have to wait 2-4 weeks to receive this item.
If you are in a time crunch always order Antique Silver. Antique Gold is the next easiest finish to get but
can be another wait if not in stock.

Be careful with your quantity, color and size selection.
No returns unless damaged or an incorrect item was shipped in error on our part
Order Status Definitions:
New Order - Your order has been received but not sent to the packing area.
In Progress - Your order has been printed and sent to the packing area.
Partially Shipped - A shipment has gone out to you but was not shipped complete.
