You are allowed to order out of stock items as a special order

Our pewter is 100% compliant with the new CSPIA laws. Some pewter pieces contain crystals
that are not intended for children 12 and under. We recommend that all our items
are intended to be used for children 13 and up. Small items are always a choking hazard so
please do not allow these items to be used without parental supervision.
Order Status Definitions:
New Order - Your order has been received but not sent to the packing area.
In Progress - Your order has been printed and sent to the packing area.
- If your order has been in this status for over 1 week it is usually caused by there only being 1 or 2 items in your order and we are having trouble getting one of them in. If you are having a time crunch problem it may be best to e-mail us a list of alternates.
Partially Shipped - A shipment has gone out to you but was not shipped complete.
Please print a copy of your order when it arrives. Check off the items in your package and keep that for your records. If you have any questions at all please feel free to click the "Live Chat" feature.
