SHIPPING INFO

We ship World Wide using the shipping method of your choice via the United States Postal
Service. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar and weight of your order.
The handling fee offsets the office costs that occur from each order.

We DO NOT pull orders in front of others so please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive.
The shipping method you select does not effect the order in which we fill orders. It only effects
the shipping time. All items that are in stock will ship within 4 business days. We do our best to keep
all of our items in stock for immediate delivery, however backorders do occur and are beyond our control.

When you select an item that is out of stock expect to wait. Here is a time schedule to give you a time frame for out of stock pewter charms:

Antique Silver - At least a 3 week wait.
Antique Gold - At least a 5 week wait.
Light Antique Silver - At least a 6 week wait
Antique Copper - - At least a 6 week wait

The inventory count shown online is live. You CAN order items that are out of stock. Look closely at inventory counts as some items show a negative number for one finish but can have a positive inventory count for another finish.

There are many factors that affect the inventory numbers shown. As customers shop they can put the same items you are shopping for in their cart and checkout. This would also allow you to purchase the items but they are actually sold out. Other reasons for a misscount can be human error, damaged inventory, shrinkage .. etc.

If you are on a short deadline it is always a great practice to show alternate item choices in the Special Instruction area.

During our hugh seasons it is almost necessary to order some items and wait for them to come in! All items are paid for at the time you place your order. This reseves your place in line for items and they belong to you when they arrive. Items can take up to 8 weeks during our high season if ordered in Antique Gold, Light Antique Silver and Antique Copper finishes.

Pay careful attention when selecting an items color/finish. The inventory will change with each color/finish that is shown for each item.

If you can not wait please do not order out of stock items.

Your backordered items will ship out US First Class Mail as soon as they are back in stock.

LIGHT ANTIQUE SILVER, ANTIQUE COPPER AND ANTIQUE GOLD FINISHES
These finishes take the longest to get back in stock. This is important for you to read and agree to! Do not order these finishes if you do not agree with the policy. Our charms are sent out to be finished. This takes up to 4-8 weeks to complete. It can not be stressed enough. If they are in stock great, if not expect to have to wait to receive your items. If you are in a time crunch always order Antique Silver. Antique Gold is the next easiest finish to get but can be a wait if not in stock.
