We ship World Wide using the shipping method of your choice via the United States Postal
Service. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar and weight of your order.
The handling fee offsets the office costs that occur from each order.

We DO NOT pull orders in front of others so please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive.
The shipping method you select does not effect the order in which we fill orders. It only effects
the shipping time. All items that are in stock will ship within 4 business days. We do our best to keep
all of our items in stock for immediate delivery, however backorders do occur and are beyond our control.

Pay careful attention when selecting an item or color/finish. The inventory will change with each color/finish that is availabe for each item. Some items are either EXTREMELY popular or hardly ordered and hard to get at times. If you would like to order more than is shown in stock you can but please be aware there will be a wait. For hard to get items it is always best to order as soon as possible even if out of stock.

If an item is out of stock and you choose to order that item your credit card will be charged for the entire order. The out of stock items ordered are considered a special order and you own the piece the second it arrives. That guarantees your place in line for hard to get items. Out of stock items can take 3 to 6 weeks to come in. If you can not wait please do not order out of stock items.

Your backordered items will ship out US First Class Mail as soon as they are back in stock. If you do not receive your backorder within 60 days the backordered items will be cancelled and you will need to reorder. (60 days is an extreme number and special order finishes are usually the reason.)

LIGHT ANTIQUE SILVER, ANTIQUE COPPER AND ANTIQUE GOLD FINISHES
These finishes take the longest to get back in stock. This is important for you to read and agree to! Do not order these finishes if you do not agree with the policy. Our charms are sent out to be finished. This takes up to 4 weeks to complete. It can not be stressed enough. If they are instock great, if not expect to have to wait to receive your items. If you are in a time crunch always order Antique Silver. Antique Gold is the next easiest finish to get but can be another wait if not in stock.

Our pewter is 100% compliant with the new CSPIA laws. Some pewter pieces contain crystals
that are not intended for children 12 and under. We recommend that all our items
are intended to be used for children 13 and up. Small items are always a choking hazard so
please do not allow these items to be used without parental supervision.
