All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided for purchases made at our store. If you find that your order is damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

You are my main concern. I do everything possible to make sure your order goes out in a timely fashion. You can cancel an order if it has not shipped but keep in mind the refund will be amount paid LESS any fees incurred from listing the item to PayPal fees. That is usually minimal but I just want to make sure you are aware.
